Legal Expenses Insurance
Aurora's Legal Protection Programmes are innovative and unique, being a combination of a legal, email helpline and insurance against the costs of certain areas of dispute. Legal Expenses Insurance has been tentatively made available in both Australia and New Zealand before; but not in this particular form, or mode of distribution.
Programmes can be put in place for both individuals and small businesses, where a link is placed on the web site of the sponsoring group (at underwriter's expense) through to a panel solicitor. Because the benefit is available to a group of individuals or businesses; then the price per unit is very competitive. The effect is to make access to legal assistance and support widely available at minimal cost.
